Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance is committed to remembering our brothers and sisters in the fire, EMS and dispatch services who died by suicide
On May 15, 2026, the Firefighter Behavioral Health Alliance (FBHA) is inviting your department’s participation in its 12th Annual “WE REMEMBER” night.
On that date at 9 p.m. (your local time zone), in recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, FBHA is asking fire, EMS and dispatch organizations across the nation, Canada, and the globe, to place a rig (or rigs) in their driveway and turn on its emergency lights, or light a candle, for one minute to express support for all of our brothers and sisters who have died by suicide. We light up our rigs or light a candle to also remember the families****that have suffered a tragic loss.
Community members are welcomed to join at their local participating location or stand in their own driveway and light a candle to remember a loved one. Anyone interested can join us live online.
FBHA will be in Kissimmee, Fla., with the Orange County FRD, Station 54, 6500 Central Florida PY, Orlando, Fla., 32821 to remember our lost loved ones..
